Clinicians pay Azimuth a share for the community, the supervision, the credentialing, the billing, and the infrastructure. Our caring comes free too.
A path, not a ladder.
Staff Clinicians here have a path to Clinical Partner. Partners carry a larger share of what they collect, shape how their service line runs, and set their own caseload, schedule, and clinical approach. Nobody here is handed a productivity quota or told how to treat their clients. Clinical Partner is a professional designation, not an ownership interest in the practice.
We treat OCD the way it should be treated.
Real exposure and response prevention, not talk therapy with an ERP label on it. That includes the presentations other practices decline: harm and taboo obsessions, scrupulosity, relationship OCD, sensorimotor, real event and false memory. Those are the themes people are most ashamed to name and most likely to have had mishandled somewhere else. A specialty practice saying them plainly is doing its job.

We're hiring clinicians who want to specialize, and associates who want to learn ERP from the ground up.
Staff Clinician
Independently licensed in Texas: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist. Additional licensure in Michigan, Wisconsin, or Minnesota is a plus.
You'll carry a caseload of OCD and anxiety clients and treat them with ERP. If you've trained in it, good. If you've done CBT for anxiety and want to go deeper, we'll get you there, and consultation is built into the week. Staff Clinicians earn 60 to 65% of collected revenue, paid as a W2 employee with an hourly draw every pay period and a per-paycheck true-up on what's collected. At our current payer mix that works out to roughly $64 to $69 per completed session. A full caseload of 25 sessions a week lands between $76,000 and $83,000 a year. Professional liability insurance is covered by the practice.
LPC-Associate
Texas LPC-Associate, or graduating within 90 days from a CACREP or Texas-approved counseling program and eligible to apply.
You'll see OCD and anxiety clients under the supervision of our LPC-S, who has been a board-approved supervisor since 2012. Weekly individual supervision, case consultation, and ERP training are part of the job and count as paid hours. LPC-Associates earn 40% of collected revenue, paid as a W2 employee with an hourly draw every pay period and a per-paycheck true-up on what's collected. For your first 90 days, you're paid at least $30 an hour for every hour you work while your caseload builds. At our current payer mix, 40% works out to roughly $42 per completed session, and a full caseload of 25 sessions a week lands around $50,000 a year. Clinical supervision toward full licensure is provided in-house at no cost to you. Professional liability insurance is covered by the practice.
LMSW
Texas LMSW, or graduating within 90 days from a CSWE-accredited MSW program and eligible to apply.
You'll see OCD and anxiety clients under the supervision of our LCSW-S. Same structure as our LPC-Associates: weekly supervision, consultation, and ERP training are part of your paid hours. LMSWs earn 40% of collected revenue, paid as a W2 employee with an hourly draw every pay period and a per-paycheck true-up on what's collected. For your first 90 days, you're paid at least $30 an hour for every hour you work while your caseload builds. At our current payer mix, 40% works out to roughly $42 per completed session. Clinical supervision toward LCSW is provided in-house at no cost to you. Professional liability insurance is covered by the practice.
How we work
We're small on purpose. Every clinician here is a licensed professional or an associate on the way there, and everyone carries a caseload.
W2, not 1099. Payroll taxes, malpractice, EHR, billing, and credentialing are the practice's cost, not yours.
TherapyNotes for notes, scheduling, and the client portal. Telehealth through the portal, no third-party video.
Weekly consultation. Bring the case that's stuck.
Your caseload ramps with referrals. We don't hire ahead of demand, and we don't promise a full book on day one. Expect 4 to 6 sessions a week at 30 days, 8 at 60, 12 at 90, and 15 or more at 120.
No non-compete. A 12-month client and staff non-solicit, and that's it.
