Lukas began as a registered behavior technician working with children with autism, then spent more than three years at Eating Recovery Center treating adults and adolescents with severe eating disorders, where he became the program's OCD specialist. He has pursued specialized training rather than general practice, including the IOCDF's Behavioral Training Institute and NOCD Academy, and holds a BS in Psychology from Virginia Military Institute. Beth Snear, LCSW-S

Licensed Clinical Social Worker and board-approved clinical supervisor. Beth has served Veterans with the VA North Texas Health Care System since 2019, working with justice-involved and high-risk populations, and brings experience across behavioral health, trauma-informed care, substance use, and complex systems of care. She earned her MSW at the University of Texas at Arlington and began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician, so behavioral work has been the foundation of her practice from the start. Her approach to supervision is grounded in thoughtful clinical reasoning and developing confident, effective social workers.
