About the event
Loving someone with OCD is hard, and a lot of what feels helpful in the moment can make OCD stronger. Bearings is a monthly online forum where you can bring your questions to an OCD specialist and hear from others walking the same road.
Who it's for: parents and caregivers, spouses and partners, siblings, grandparents, friends, and therapists who want to understand OCD and ERP better. Your loved one doesn't need to be an Azimuth client.
What to expect: each session opens with a short teaching segment on that month's topic, followed by open Q&A. You can send questions ahead of time anonymously. Cameras are optional and first names are all you need.
